1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TelePeek platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Purpose of Service: Investigation Only

TelePeek is strictly an investigative tool. It is designed solely for the purpose of analyzing and tracking Telegram bot interactions for legitimate research, security analysis, and investigative purposes.

Any use of this Service for malicious activities, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

3. User Authorization and Responsibilities

You strictly represent and warrant that:

• You have explicit, legal authorization to access the bot tokens and interact with the bots you add to this platform.
• You are the owner of the bots or have been granted permission by the owner to monitor and investigate them.
• You will not use the Service to access data or systems you do not have permission to access.

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if we suspect unauthorized usage.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service.

5. Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement

We operate in full compliance with all applicable local and governmental jurisdictions and laws.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement. In the event of a valid legal request, subpoena, or court order, or if we become aware of illegal activity on our platform, we will disclose user information and activity logs to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TelePeek, its creators, operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
• Your lack of authorization to access any bot or data processed through the Service.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TelePeek or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
